Who we are

Off-Guardian is an independent media platform dedicated to honest, unbiased reporting of facts, civil debate and a broad range of opinions. It was founded in 2015 and takes its name from the fact all of its original editors were banned or otherwise censored from the comment section of The Guardian.

This store was opened in 2023, mostly in response to repeated requests from users, and serves as a way of supporting the site and spreading the message.

How we use your data

Your private information will ONLY be used to process any orders and allowing you to manage your account.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If you create an account on this website we will store the personal information you provide in their your profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with

We don’t. We will never sell or otherwise share anybody’s private data with any third party except by their direct request.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
